If you’re interested in an opportunity to share your talent and expand your fan base, please complete the application below to be considered for the Ohio Black Expo 2022 during Memorial Day Weekend.   • What are the dates and times of the festival?

    Saturday, May 25, 2024 from 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM and Sunday, May 26, 2024 from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM.

    Does everyone who applies get to perform?
    Only the groups and artists chosen by our selection committee will be given time to perform.

    When is the cut-off date for applications?
    There is no cut-off date. However, due to space limitations you should apply as soon as possible. If all performance slots are full when you apply, you may be placed on a wait list.

    How much time are artists given to perform?
    Standard performances are a minimum of 5 minutes and a maximum of 10 minutes.

    When will I find out if I have been selected?
    If you have been selected, you will receive notification and access to the Performance Portal within 30 days of your application submission date.

    Why do I have to provide a video link with my application?
    Our selection committee must be able to see you in action in order to consider you as a performer. Your video serves as an online audition.
